Artfetti has extensive knowledge when it comes to French Macarons. We provide Unfilled Macaron Shells in different sizes at wholesale prices.

From dessert tables for special celebrations to storefront sales, Artfetti has the Unfilled Macaron Shells your business needs to meet the daily demands of your customers.

They're easy to fill and easy to decorate with toppings such as chocolate and chopped nuts, goldleaf, edible paint, fondant decor, edible images, airbrush or leave as is! Different sizes allow for macaron towers, favor box packaging, ice cream sandwiches and more. Please see item description and dimensions before ordering.

Description of item before delivery:
We promise to bake and package your order so that your Macaron Shells are fresh and their best. For orders with a long distance driving time, they will be packaged in heat sealed packaging with dry ice.

Once it gets to you:
You have the option of filling your Macarons right away. They can also be stored in an airtight container and freeze well for up to 3 months! Take out unfilled shells, let thaw out for about 20 minutes and they're ready to fill and display. Macarons are best consumed within 3 days of being filled.

Keep them shining bright:
Freezing shells comes with it's downside. It makes macarons shells appear dull when thawed out. To go around this, we have found that thawing out macarons with the rounded side face down, keeps the shell from becoming dull. After 20 minutes, you can pair the macarons and fill.

Orders require a minimum of 1 week's notice. This allows time for production, packaging and delivery. Please call us at 509-579-0325 if you run into any issues. Our business hours are Mon-Fri 11am-8pm and Saturday 11am-5pm. Closed on Sundays.
